Website. When you contact us by email or through a link on this site, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company, and message. This site does not use advertising trackers.

Client systems. When we build or operate software for a client, that software may process the client’s business data (for example email, calendar entries, customer records, documents, and accounting data) on the client’s behalf and at the client’s direction.

We use information to respond to inquiries, to deliver and support the services a client has engaged us for, to secure and improve those services, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client data to train general-purpose AI models.

Some of the systems we operate connect to Google services (such as Gmail and Google Calendar) through Google’s APIs with the account owner’s authorization. Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide the features the account owner has enabled, such as reading, organizing, drafting, and sending messages or managing calendar events on that owner’s behalf.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not transferred to third parties except as needed to provide the authorized feature, to comply with law, or with the account owner’s consent.

Access can be revoked at any time from the Google account’s security settings. Revoking access stops further data access immediately.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate our services (such as cloud hosting and AI model providers) under confidentiality obligations, when required by law, or with your consent. Where a client’s data is subject to additional regulation, we process it only under the agreements that regulation requires.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. If you are a client’s customer or employee, please direct requests to that client, who controls the data we process on their behalf.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
